Wholeness is your natural state.

Hi, I’m George.

I approach therapy through a somatic and attachment-based lens that goes beneath symptoms to get at what’s actually shaping patterns and distress. This perspective is rooted in the body and in early relational experience.

Healing here is about creating safety, building connection, and moving at a grounded pace so you can feel at home in yourself.

Complex Trauma and Why Things Stay Stuck

While many who find their way here are just discovering therapy, some come in having already done a lot of work on themselves. They may have a sense of their patterns and even gained important insights, but are still left wondering why they don’t actually feel better.

Often, the reason is complex trauma. Along with attachment wounding, it doesn’t just live in our stories or beliefs. It lives in the nervous system. The body can stay in survival mode long after the danger has passed, shaping patterns, reactions, and symptoms in ways that traditional talk therapy can’t reach.

The symptoms and patterns that come with this aren’t flaws. They’re survival strategies created in the past that came online to protect you when there wasn’t enough safety.

Many of us hold trauma

without realizing it.

The patterns below are common nervous system and relational adaptations that can develop when safety, connection, or attunement were inconsistent in the past. You may recognize some of these, or none at all. Noticing them is less about labeling yourself and more about understanding how your system learned to protect you.
